Hello, I cant help but ask, what do you not like about your job?! I’m from Switzerland originally but have live in Slovenia for about 12 years. I finished my studies, Hospitality Management, in Scotland and South Africa. I love to travel and sail… 2 of my biggest passions and I’m love to socialize. I do cave exploration as well as hiking and many others… This job for me would be a dream come true and a continuation, as much as a start to a life of adventure that I cant live without.
All the best and hope there are positions still available for life lover!

    Hi Ben,

What you’re doing out there is simply awesome!

I aspire to be a wildlife journalist and I think you’re one of the best person that could have been chosen to advocate the wonders of Queensland and its exotic wildlife.

If you ever need another helper, drop me a line, for having lived in Tahiti all my life, (I’m now 2 and working for Wilderness magazine in new Zealand) I would love the opportunity to go back on an island, and especially to help out.

If we all do our bit, the world can be so much better, and life much more enjoyable!

I’m adventurous, open, hard-worker, fast learner, French speaker (unfortunately? ;) ) and my motto simply is: Living my passion every day.

I would make a great adventure buddy! A couple years ago I had the opportunity to see England, Australia, & New Zealand! I snorkelled the Great Barrier Reef & climbed to the summit of Ben Lomond! I’m not afraid to live life on the edge – life itself is edgy!… I want to experience all the mysterious & beautiful wonders life has to offer! Pick ME, Pick ME!!!

I know first hand that there is a lot of upkeep and renovation while island living and I am up for the task. I come with the added benefit of being a medical doctor, which always is a welcomed site when needed. Choose me! :-)

hello ben, my roomates name is ben and when i opened this website there was a big 22 on the top of the page and thats my lucky number! I am planning on moving to australia in order to continue my quest to see the world and the beautiful ocean in it! I am a certified diver and currently just finished my advanced course. I dont know if you are still looking for caregivers but that seems like an amazing opportunity! I have been a volunteer at the new england aquarium for the past year and currently have been joining local non profit groups in la to share my knowledge about conservation and the ocean with others! My passions lie in making this world thrive and educating myself how to do just that! I would love to come and share memories and learn more about what australias great barrier reef has to offer. Good luck with everything perhaps (hopefully) our paths will cross :)

Hi there, http://web.unbc.ca/~schid000/resume/pics/OtherlPics/Dave_Bear08_09.JPG (that’s me and my dog) We would love to have the job. As you can see by the picture, the only thing preventing us from an Island Oasis job is our current point datum: 55 degrees north, 126 degrees west.

During my university experience (1997-2002) I was privileged to represent approximately 3600 students. It was on the promise of a future radio station that I was elected (or acclimated) three consecutive times.

We managed to pull it off and it was largely because I just would not let the idea (http://cfur.ca) die in the minds of the students (and the community members at large).

Now things are at a stand still. I want to unleash an “adhering” energy that will achieve. I feel this way about being an “Island Helper” of a Caretaker like you! Thank you for considering my pre-application. I love the rather unique nature of the call you are making for this position. I hope I am not too late.

Very interested in applying if contacted.

I am 66 years of age, in good physical health, an excellent swimmer, possess an advanced degree in economics, and a bachelors in biology.

I am nearing retirement and the island caretaker position seems ideally suited for a retired, but active, college administrator.

Please consider this an official application.

I have written extensively, and will not embarrass you if interviews are a requirement.

I have been told I look like Santa Claus, although my weight does not do Santa justice.
